      • Additional visits available for $350

    • Point-of-care diagnostics and common minor procedures included.

    • Childhood vaccines provided through our trusted partnership with My Concierge Pharmacy.

    • School, camp, and sports forms promptly available at no extra cost.

    • Monthly pharmacist consultations and home delivery of prescriptions through My Concierge Pharmacy partnership.

    • Age 0-5 years: $450/month

    • Age 6-11 years: $370/month

    • Age 12-18 years: $325/month

    Non-refundable registration fee upon enrollment: $500 per family

    Enjoy a 5% discount for annual payment and 20% off the youngest child for families with 3+ children.

    Cancel anytime with 30-day notice. Prepaid memberships are refundable on a prorated basis within 30 days of cancellation.

    • Three in-home visits: days 3–5, 2 weeks, and 1 month. 2-month visit not included.

    • Direct doctor access by call or text throughout the 60-day period.

    • Option to seamlessly transition into full membership after day 60. Your package fee will be applied toward the annual membership cost.

    $1,650 total + $500 one-time registration fee.

More than just appointments, this is a relationship. With our concierge membership, you get direct access to Dr. Alex for questions big or small, day or night. From late-night fevers to feeding concerns, you always have a pediatrician you know and trust, just a message or call away.
